ABOUT THE ROLE
This individual contributor role connects customers, sales, and engineering at a hospitality-focused AI software company. You will spend most of your time working directly with customer accounts, building agents for their workflows, and bringing recurring needs to engineering as product opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead customer onboarding, refinement, quarterly business reviews, and optimization conversations that support retention and growth.
- Build and deploy AI agents that address customer workflows, using AI coding assistants to scope and prototype solutions.
- Identify patterns in customer requests and translate them into prioritized feature opportunities for engineering.
- Partner with engineering to resolve agent limitations and scope new capabilities.
- Automate repeatable work and improve your efficiency while prioritizing high-value customer interactions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, operations, or customer-facing technical roles delivering solutions for customers.
- Demonstrated experience building automations or workflows with scripting, RPA, no-code platforms, or similar tools.
- Experience managing customer relationships and leading onboarding, support, or business review calls.
- Ability to scope technical requirements and turn customer needs into implementable specifications.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude, Codex, or ChatGPT to prototype or build solutions.
- Strong judgment in identifying patterns across customer needs and deciding what to solve with automation or engineering.
- Experience with non-technical business customers is valuable; hospitality, travel, customer service, and tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n are helpful.
