Terms of service

These terms apply to JobMatchApply, operated by Kamlesh Murdhariya (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.

What JobMatchApply does

We list job openings published on companies' own career pages and link you to the employer's application page. We are not the employer and do not guarantee that a job is still open, that you will be considered, or the accuracy of a posting. We never submit an application for you; you always apply yourself on the employer's site.

Accounts

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure. One account per person.

Free use and credits

• Free: browse all jobs, apply to 4 jobs in total (no account needed) and 2 AI fit scores with a free account.
• Pro plan (₹199, one-time, 30 days): unlimited applies and 50 AI fit scores (up to 10 a day).
• Auto-apply plan (₹499, one-time, 30 days): unlimited applies, 80 AI fit scores (up to 10 a day) and 30 auto-applies (up to 5 a day). Auto-apply prepares your application (form answers drafted by AI); you review it and submit it yourself on the employer's site. Available for Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby jobs.
• AI scores and auto-applies are for the plan's 30 days; unused ones end with the plan. Day limits reset at midnight India time. Buying a plan again adds 30 days and a full set.
• An “apply” is opening a job's employer page through JobMatchApply; opening the same job again is free.
• An AI fit score is an automated estimate, not advice or a guarantee. Use your own judgement.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and handles applicable taxes. Prices are in Indian rupees and include taxes. See our refund policy for refunds.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, abuse free limits (for example with many accounts), or upload content you have no right to share.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
