Privacy policy

This policy explains what Kamlesh Murdhariya collects through JobMatchApply and why.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and sign-in times.
• Profile: what you enter: name, LinkedIn link, role, experience, notice period, expected and current salary, locations, work preference, skills, and your resume (PDF).
• Activity: jobs you save, track, open via “Apply”, and AI fit scores you request.
• Payments: handled by Dodo Payments; we receive the payment status and amount, not your card or UPI details.
• Cookies: a sign-in session cookie, a visitor cookie that counts free applies before you sign in, and your light/dark theme choice (stored in your browser).

How we use it

• To run your account, profile, saved jobs, tracker and credits.
• AI fit scores: only when you click to score a job, your profile details and resume are sent with that job's text to our AI provider (Anthropic, Claude) to produce the score. The same happens when you ask auto-apply (₹499 plan) to prepare an application. Personal / equal-opportunity questions are never sent to AI. Your data is not used to train models under our agreement with the provider.
• To send sign-in codes by email (through our email provider, Resend).

We do not sell your data and do not share your resume or salary with employers.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and replace your resume at any time. Delete account on your profile page deletes your account, profile, resume, saved jobs and history at once. Payment records are kept as the law requires. You can also ask by email (support@jobmatchapply.in); we then delete within 30 days.
