ABOUT THE ROLE As an Agent Product Manager at a hospitality-focused AI software company, you will connect customers, sales, and engineering. The role focuses primarily on customer accounts, with time also dedicated to turning customer needs into repeatable AI agent workflows and product improvements. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead customer onboarding, refinement, quarterly business reviews, and optimization conversations that support retention and growth. - Build and deploy AI agents that address customer workflows, using AI coding assistants to scope and prototype solutions. - Identify recurring customer needs and translate them into prioritized product work for engineering. - Partner with engineering to resolve agent limitations and scope new capabilities. - Automate routine work and improve processes while prioritizing valuable customer interactions. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 3 years of experience in product management, operations, customer success, solutions engineering, or another customer-facing technical role delivering solutions. - Experience owning implementation, customer success, or account operations for a technical product, including onboarding, support, or business review calls. - Ability to scope technical requirements and turn customer needs into implementable specifications. - Demonstrated experience building automations or workflows, using tools such as RPA, no-code platforms, or scripting. - Experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, or similar to prototype or build solutions. - Ability to spot patterns across customer requests and decide which needs call for automation versus engineering work. - Comfort working directly with non-technical or business-focused customers; hospitality, travel, customer service, and tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n are helpful.
