ABOUT THE ROLE
Work directly with the CEO as a core operator on high-impact challenges across operations, growth, and finance at an AI-enabled health ecommerce startup. You will take projects from problem definition through execution, building practical systems that improve how the business operates.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Turn ambiguous business problems into structured analysis, decisions, and execution in close partnership with the CEO.
- Support daily work across fulfillment, customer experience, supply chain coordination, and internal workflows.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and build AI-driven solutions to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Use AI to research products and ingredients, develop supplier discovery and qualification workflows, and support outreach and negotiation.
- Contribute to growth initiatives, including marketing experiments and performance tracking.
- Build AI-assisted reporting, analysis, financial models, and dashboards to support decisions grounded in business economics.
- Own urgent cross-functional projects and move between strategy and hands-on execution as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Zero to three years of experience, including work as a startup operator or in another autonomous, fast-changing environment.
- An engineering degree and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience building AI systems or automation workflows with coding, AI tools, automation platforms, or low-code solutions.
- Ability to work across operations, strategy, finance, and growth rather than in a single specialist function.
- Interest or transferable experience in physical operations, supply chains, sourcing, supplier evaluation, or negotiation.
- High ownership, sound judgment, strong work ethic, and comfort working across teams in a demanding environment.
