Application Architect Technical Lead

Application Architect must have tech lead experience. Application Architect requires: The successful candidate has IBM WebSphere Portal consultant experience, with in-depth knowledge of migration strategies for large scale customer-facing applications. Experience upgrading from Portal 6 to Portal 8, is a plus.To be considered, candidate must have strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team of experienced portal developers through migration challenges. Must have extensive knowledge of, and experience with:  - Personalization rules - Themes and skins-   Theme Policies-   Screens-   Responsive Design - Portal configuration (Pages, Permissions, Site layout, etc.) - Deprecated APIs - Security guidelines and standard practices  Application Architect duties: - Expertise in best practice, knowledge sharing techniques - Ability to design for the migration approach - Comfortable in a hands-on coding and implementation environment - Able to conduct code reviews - Experience with implementation and delivery $80/hr 12 months
