GCM understands the challenges companies face when it comes to the skills and experience needed to fill the void of the day to day function.  Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent " for the job. • 4-6 years of relevant experience in strategy, business intelligence, and/or analytics • 2+ years of experience with best in class company or top management consulting firm • Demonstrated leadership skills, the ability to build relationships and influence senior executives • Best in Class analytical and critical thinking skills • Communication Skills: ability to clearly convey very complex ideas in simple easy to understand ways – both in writing and verbally • Technical Software Expertise: knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS,SAS etc.), financial modeling (Excel) and presentation (Powerpoint) $45hr 6 months
