Business Support Specialist experienced in collection and analysis of data from a variety of data sources for ongoing evaluation Business Support Specialist requires; - Strong communication skills to work closely with customer service and vendors gathering data and generating communications to customers as needed. - Candidate must have aptitude to achieve the best possible outcomes, processes and savings to reach business strategic goals and targets. - Advanced skill level using MS Office: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. - Proficient Data Entry - Must have strong excel skills, including pivot/graphing - Strong communication, written and oral - Telecom helpful not required.Prefer/desire Provisioning and Telco experience. - BA degree desired, not required, could be working towards if have required skills. Business Support Specialist duties: - Provide analytical support by identifying trends.  - Process standardize data as needed using tools such as pivot tables to combine with other data to develop various management reports and assist management with decision making. - Provide analytical support by identifying trends $32//hr 6 months
