Content Marketing Manager, German-Speaking Market

ABOUT THE ROLE Own content marketing for the German-speaking market at a growing AI communications software company. You will shape the brand voice across the customer journey and create content that helps businesses understand and trust AI-powered communication tools. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Develop and execute the content marketing strategy for the German-speaking market. - Define consistent messaging and brand voice across the customer journey. - Write and manage website and landing page copy. - Create conversion-focused copy for paid marketing channels. - Script ad creatives for YouTube and paid social platforms. - Plan and deliver organic content strategies across social platforms. - Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content. - Use user research, A/B testing, and performance insights to improve messaging. - Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing. - Experience in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment. - Native-level German proficiency and outstanding German marketing writing skills, plus fluent English. - Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused copywriting. - Experience with A/B testing, performance analysis, and scripting ads for YouTube and paid social. - Experience developing organic social content strategies, with knowledge of SEO best practices. - Ability to contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging and to collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers. - Experience with user research; familiarity with marketing AI products or voice technology is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: €65,000 to €85,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Vienna, Austria.
