The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to meet evolving business requirements and improve overall system performance. Collaboration and continuous improvement are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Strong experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers using Oracle PLSQL. - Ability to optimize database performance through effective query tuning and indexing strategies. - Familiarity with integrating PLSQL code with application layers and understanding of database architecture. - Experience in debugging and troubleshooting database-related issues to ensure system reliability. - Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development practices.
