This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration across multiple teams to achieve seamless integration and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and communication of enterprise architecture frameworks and standards to ensure consistency and alignment across projects. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and resolve architectural challenges and promote best practices. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong knowledge of designing and implementing scalable network solutions that support enterprise-wide operations. - Experience in evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to enhance network performance and security. - Ability to analyze complex systems and develop architecture models that align with business strategies. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure architectural compliance and operational efficiency. - Expertise in troubleshooting network issues and providing innovative solutions to maintain system reliability.
