Must have skills : Change Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, your day involves delivering expert consulting services focused on guiding complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. You engage with stakeholders to provide strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value drivers. Your role includes developing and deploying innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and market trends. Collaboration and continuous evaluation of emerging technologies are integral to your daily activities, enabling enterprises to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology strategies with business objectives. - Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project deliverables. - Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and clients. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess enterprise platform requirements and transformation impacts. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technology concepts to diverse audiences. - Ability to develop and implement technology strategies that drive business value. - Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating consensus across multiple teams. - Capability to evaluate technology cost structures and identify optimization opportunities.
