- Design, build, and maintain critical product features across the stack.
- Develop reliable tools that help logistics users work more efficiently.
- Evaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune AI capabilities for accuracy in real-world workflows.

- Improve complex legacy code and build scalable infrastructure and automation for data and AI workloads.
- Collaborate closely with a small team as a hands-on, high-ownership contributor.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Typically 2 to 3 years of professional experience, though relevant projects or other evidence of ability can also qualify.
- Strong full-stack engineering experience, including hands-on backend product development and work across cloud environments.
- Fluency in Python; familiarity with Go is a plus.
- Practical experience building or integrating AI/ML systems, including benchmarking, fine-tuning, and running LLM experiments in production.
- Evidence of building robust production systems, engineering for scale, and working with complex codebases.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, self-discipline, adaptability, and clear spoken English for technical discussions.
