ABOUT THE ROLE
A seed-stage AI customer service software company is seeking a founding go-to-market lead to establish and grow its UK presence. You will own sales execution and early team building, while working closely with the founding team to shape the expansion strategy and inform product decisions with customer insight.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting and network development.
- Manage full-cycle sales, from first contact through contract signature and deployment.
- Win early customers and establish the company's position in the UK market.
- Hire, onboard, and lead the first team members in the UK as the market grows.
- Develop a repeatable UK expansion approach with the founding team.
- Share structured customer and market feedback with product, marketing, and strategy teams.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, technology sales, or consulting.
- Experience carrying a sales quota, independently generating outbound pipeline, and closing deals end-to-end.
- Strong buyer relationships and the ability to lead full-cycle sales, including enterprise deals.
- Experience hiring, onboarding, or leading team members, with an interest in building a team.
- A hands-on, resourceful approach and comfort operating without an established playbook.
- Native or near-native English fluency.
- Experience in B2C software or SaaS is relevant; experience in AI or voice technology is a plus.
