As a General Ledger Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing general ledger operations, ensuring accurate financial records in Oracle and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and closings, and supporting the preparation of financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards. You will manage account reconciliations, process financial transactions, and contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our accounting processes. Main Duties: - Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and resolving complex issues. - Process and record all general ledger business transactions. - Prepare financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards. - Perform periodic reconciliations of general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and intercompany transactions and balances. - Manage local fixed asset and accounts receivable accounting. - Prepare reports for the Central Statistical Office. - Ensure the accuracy and consistency of accounting records and support the timely completion of financial closing activities. Qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience as an accountant, including experience preparing financial statements. - Very good written and spoken English (minimum B2 level). - Very good knowledge of MS Excel. - Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage or any other ERP systems. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify problems and find solutions. - A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work effectively in a team. - An independent, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented working style The place of work will be at AUTO1 Albania headquarters, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Kompleksi E88, Tiranë, Albania.
