Head of Marketing – LATAM & US

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Head of Marketing to lead Marketing into its next stage as a strategic function with a measurable contribution to revenue. Reporting to the Global CRO, you'll own Marketing's strategy, budget, team, and results across two different markets: the US, where we are building brand and pipeline, and Mexico and LATAM, where we grow relationships with referenceable logos. This is a senior leadership role for someone with sharp business judgment. You'll decide where the budget goes and why, make Marketing's impact visible and trusted by Sales and leadership, and lead a senior team of specialists who work with AI every day.  The ideal candidate is a hands-on manager with the ability to take strategic actions while leading the marketing department.
