Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR), SEO Tools

ABOUT THE ROLE Join the sales team at an early-stage B2B software company serving the marketing and SEO sector. You will build pipeline in the DACH region by connecting with marketing, SEO, and content leaders and booking qualified product demos. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Make daily cold calls to marketing, SEO, and content decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies. - Build and enrich lead lists using AI-assisted research and personalization tools such as Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT. - Run outbound campaigns across phone, LinkedIn, and email, testing messaging and improving results. - Attend industry events across the DACH region, engage prospective customers, and arrange follow-up meetings. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule demos for the sales team, and maintain accurate CRM records. - Share structured feedback on customer needs, objections, and competitors with the broader team. - Track outreach activity and booked meetings against weekly goals. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 1 to 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, customer success, or a similar prospecting role. - Fluency in German and English, with experience setting appointments through cold calling. - Hands-on experience with multi-channel outreach and AI-assisted prospecting tools, including Clay, Apollo, or ChatGPT. - Experience selling SEO tools or working with SEO teams, plus familiarity with buyer personas and topics such as AI Overviews and traffic loss. - Experience participating in trade shows or industry events, and willingness to travel within the DACH region. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary range: EUR 55,000 to EUR 80,000. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
