Welcome to Bosch. - Interface between external (customer) and internal to understand customer expectations and requirements, and maintain good customer relationship. - Achieve the sales and profit target in BP for his/her resp. customers and projects. - Follow sales process as sales planning and system price maintain; customer quotation document preparation; A/R and DNI tracking; sample tracking; good quality of sales documents maintenance. - Negotiation with customer for commercial (PCR, QS/Bonus, payment term etc.), support localization, engineering change request, delivery and other customer related topics. - Customer strategy and product strategy definition; Provide information on customer trends, innovation, market, competitor benchmark to internal; fulfil BBMSP/SoM planning. - New products promotion, leading new business chance study; carry out market research and identify potential customers and products to be developed/promoted. - Lead customer project acquisition, has power and ability to coordinate internal and external resource. 1.Bachelor in engineering or economics 2.At least 3 years’ experience in automotive industry3. 3. Ability to influence, good planning / coordination / communication and problem solving skills. - Self driven personality, team spirit is an essential requirement - Ability to work independently under pressure. 4.Good command of both written and spoken English is a must.
