By providing a wide product range since decades for our customers and clear view, no matter what weather we create smart solutions to bring safety and comfort to peoples lives.  We are looking forward to your application! - Design, document and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows  - Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, control plans and PFMEA documentation  - Analyze production processes and identify improvement opportunities  - Develop technical solutions and evaluate investment costs  - Coordinate procurement of production equipment, tools and manufacturing resources  - Review and update technical documentation and technical requirements  - Plan, organize and monitor pilot and trial production runs  - Support implementation of new products and process changes  - Conduct training sessions related to new processes, equipment and tools  - Collaborate with Quality, Technical Functions and other departments  - Coordinate activities with external suppliers of machines, tools and equipment  - Participate in EWAK preparation and 0-series implementation activities Education: - VI-VII degree of professional qualification (schools with mechanical or electrical engineering focus are preferred) Work Experience: - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry Specific Skills: - Knowledge of FMEA methodology - Proficiency in SAP - Excellent command of the English language - Knowledge of Lean methodology Your  work-life balance  is valuable to us, so we offer you: -  22 - 27 days of annual leave -  Flexible working hours Manage your time  efficiently.
