Mechanical Design Engineer (Specialist) - Design of an Industrial welding controller

With over 27,000+ associates, it’s the largest software development center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region. 1.         Design of plastic & aluminum die cast components, assemblies for an Industrial Weld controller 2.         Design and Modification of components & sub-assemblies of Weld controllers  3.         Understanding system requirements, creating concepts based on defined requirements, and detailed design to meet the project & system specifications.4.         Selection of standard mechanical elements, interfacing with electronics & software5.          Manufacturing and assembly drawing creation as per design standards.6.            Perform thermal simulations, heat sink calculations 7.          Database management and BOM creation in SAP8.           Engineering calculation & documentationCAD tool : Creo, Autodesk Inventor, PDM B.E. or B.Tech 8-14 years
