This includes managing the configuration settings, coordinating integrations with other systems, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to balance technical and operational needs is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. - Required active participation and contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead efforts to establish and enforce best practices for platform design and deployment. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical development. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. - Continuously monitor and improve system performance and reliability. - Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies and approaches relevant to packaged and SaaS applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI. - Experience with designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and SaaS deployment models. - Ability to manage complex integrations and configuration management. - Familiarity with performance tuning and system optimization techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
