GCM understands the challenges companies face when it comes to the skills and experience needed to fill the void of the day to day function.  Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent " for the job. Paralegal requires: - At least 3 years of experience with a reputable, highly rated law firm, and/or in-house legal department; experience with a multinational company is a plus. - • Experience supporting and assisting labor and employment counsel in a fast-paced environment.  - Expert level strength in MS-Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Document Management System Paralegal duties: - - Assist in maintaining database of all labor and employment law-related documents. - Compile information for required submissions to federal and state departments of labor and other government agencies (e.g. EEO-1 surveys, affirmative action plans) and perform related record keeping. $29/hr 6 months
