Paralegal/Legal Assistant needs 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal supporting transactional work   wants to see more that has actual contract experience with experience in telecom/media Paralegal/Legal Assistant requires: - Requires excellent file management and organizational skills - Requires strong written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detail - Strong preference for candidates with knowledge of cable and entertainment industry - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Paralegal certificate - Bachelors degree with strong academic performance required Paralegal/Legal Assistant does: - Providing day-to-day legal support for the content legal team in connection with cable affiliation, retransmission consent, and original content negotiations and drafting -  Assisting with drafting of agreements, such as cable affiliation agreements, new media agreements, digital content licensing agreements, local sporting event agreements, letter agreements, etc. - Researching and summarizing provisions in content licensing agreements; - Maintaining physical contract files and electronic database $25/hr 6  months
