Welcome to Bosch. - Overall responsible for excellent shopfloor operation including production team and service technician team management. - As the department HSE coordinator to ensure “0” safety incident. - Shopfloor quality mindset continuous improvement to prevent quality incidents or batch failures. - Lead direct productivity continuously reduction to contribute yearly PPC target achievement. - Cooperate with team for production capacity planning and improvement for customer demand fulfillment. - As value stream BPS enabler, drive and coach BPS methodology application for BPS elements maturity enhancement and CIP. - Digital strategy deployment and drive digital solution/AI agents implementation base on the business requirements. - Shopfloor foreman team coaching and development for DLR target achievements, and employee relationship maintenance. - Other tasks/projects assigned by department head. - Bachelor degree in Electrical or other Engineering fields - Min. 5 years experiences of production management in global automotive companies. (automotive electrical is preferred) - LEAN production; Teamwork; - Resilient; Coordination; Communication.
