  Location: Fort Belvoir, VA   Required Clearance: TS/SCI    Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.   Certifications: PMP and/or a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III certification in Program Management   Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Coordinator or Master Scheduler   Position Description:     PingWind is seeking a Master Scheduler to join our team. As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects by organizing tasks, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, and align with organizational goals.   Primary Responsibilities: Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:   • 3–5 years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or a similar role. • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). • Proficiency in scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent). • Strong knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes, • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. • Balance workloads across teams and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks. • Update schedules to reflect changes in demand, priorities, or resource availability. • Communicate schedules and changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders. • Proactively identify potential delays or issues and implement corrective actions. • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation. • Use data analysis to forecast future scheduling needs and recommend process improvements.   Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
