Project Role : Quality Engineer Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Must have skills : SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineer, your day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You actively engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on accelerating project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality. Your role includes continuous testing efforts that cover various aspects such as security and regression, alongside developing and implementing automation strategies. You also contribute to the configuration of data and environments, participate in detailed code reviews, and track issues to foster ongoing enhancements throughout the entire application lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance overall quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing strategies with business objectives and project requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS). - Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including security, API, and regression testing. - Ability to configure and manage test data and environments to simulate real-world scenarios effectively. - Skilled in conducting thorough code reviews and defect tracking to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Familiarity with full stack solution delivery and ecosystem integration to support end-to-end application lifecycle.
