Recruiting Coordinator (US & LATAM)

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to handle day to day activities for the recruitment team. The position also offers flexibility to work remotely part of the time. Job duties - Manage coordination for and within the US and LATAM recruitment team - Work closely with the recruiters, hiring managers and vendors on various positions in analytics - Support the recruiting team track the candidates progress through the pipeline - Sourcing and screening profiles, creating and maintaining the pipeline - Support the lead recruiter in adhoc tasks - Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process - Engaging and attracting talent from senior consultants to leadership positions - Interview planning, offer, negotiation with pointers from the hiring managers - Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors for urgent requirements - Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruitment team Requirements - 2+ years of work experience in a similar role, with experience in recruitment preferred - Experience of hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering, business analysts is preferred - Excellent communication skills - Excellent command on Microsoft Excel and google docs, etc. - Bachelor’s degree required - Personal Attributes - Pro-active and self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision - Ability to work in fast-paced, growing company - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving requirements - Detailed oriented, organized, and high-quality work - Enthusiastic, personable, positive attitude, and high integrity Benefits Standard benefits including group health, vision, dental, life insurance, etc. Growth Opportunities Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
