Job Description Overview As an Oracle Solution Architect, you will help organizations transform enterprises through Oracle solutions spanning HCM, finance, EPM, procurement, projects, supply chain, manufacturing, CX, sales, service, marketing, commerce, analytics, data, integration, cloud infrastructure, AI, and industry capabilities. You will define business strategies, design Oracle-enabled transformations, and architect scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value. Our Oracle Solution Architect Team partners with clients, account teams, and delivery organizations to shape Oracle transformation programs, leading solution strategy, architecture, estimation, and pursuits. You Are: A client-focused Oracle Solution Architect who combines Oracle product knowledge with consulting, communication, and leadership skills. You translate requirements into Oracle solutions and lead architecture discussions, design sessions, and strategic pursuits. The Work: Build Oracle solutions that transform clients’ business operations Design and test Oracle solutions, ensuring processes, integrations, data, reporting, and security work together Work with project teams and clients to create solutions and transformation roadmaps Lead discovery sessions, architecture discussions, solution design workshops, and executive presentations Develop trusted client relationships Support sales pursuits, including solution development, estimation, proposals, demonstrations, and solution reviews Build Oracle technical, functional, industry, and business expertise Travel may be required based on business need and client requirements. Here’s What You Need: Minimum of 5 years of Oracle Cloud implementation and delivery experience Experience supporting or leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization Experience leading solution architecture, business process design, and client workshops Expertise in one or more Oracle areas, including HCM, ERP, EPM, Procurement, Project Management, SCM, Manufacturing, CX, Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Analytics, Data Management, Integration, OCI, AI, or industry solutions Experience translating business requirements into scalable Oracle solution designs Fluency in AI Oracle Agentic AI & industry trends Understanding of integration, reporting, security, data conversion, and testing Experience supporting proposals, estimation, solution reviews, and sales pursuits Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Professional Skills Requirements Oracle Cloud certifications relevant to your area Experience working directly with clients Ability to present solution recommendations and transformation strategies to executive stakeholders Ability to facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and design discussions Strong consulting, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Experience collaborating across sales, consulting, delivery, industry, and technology teams Ability to work effectively with global teams Bonus Points If: You hold multiple Oracle Cloud certifications You have expertise across multiple Oracle pillars, including SaaS, PaaS, OCI, data, integration, analytics, AI, or industry solutions You have experience with AI-enabled business transformations and Oracle AI capabilities TBD About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
