ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the sales team at a hospitality-focused AI software company and build the pipeline that drives revenue. You will connect with hospitality operators, uncover business needs, and book qualified product demonstrations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prospect daily through cold calls, email, and social outreach, with 100 or more outbound calls as a baseline.
- Use established outreach plays and test subject lines, opening messages, and sequences, tracking conversion at each step.
- Qualify prospects by learning about their operations, property management systems, and guest communication challenges, then book product demonstrations.
- Speak with executives and operating leaders, including founders, COOs, and guest experience leaders.
- Share fresh prospect feedback, objections, and promising segments with account executives and company leadership.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales development representative or business development representative role.
- Comfort making 100 or more outbound calls per day, with strong phone communication skills and resilience.
- Experience selling technical products, ideally AI, and working in a B2B SaaS startup.
- Experience in hospitality or a related sector, and qualifying and booking meetings with executives and operators at enterprise accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sequencing tools, and dialers; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree and the ability to learn technical workflows quickly.
