ABOUT THE ROLE
Own the English-speaking top of the sales funnel at a seed-stage AI communications software company. You will qualify prospects and arrange demo handoffs for Account Executives, while helping a small, fast-moving team improve its sales approach.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing and identify prospects ready for a demo.
- Run multichannel outreach using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Build and refine outreach sequences by forming hypotheses, testing them, and measuring results.
- Coordinate smooth handoffs to Account Executives and support customer onboarding.
- Help shape SDR processes and use regular feedback to improve performance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least one year of sales experience, ideally in outbound sales or telesales.
- Experience executing SDR top-of-funnel work, rather than primarily working as an enterprise Account Executive.
- Native or C2-level English proficiency.
- Experience with multichannel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, including iterating on outreach sequences.
- B2B SaaS sales experience is preferred.
- A competitive, metrics-driven approach and interest in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to work from Vienna temporarily for approximately one to two months.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: £50,000 to £75,000 annually. The role includes uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
This is an on-site role based in London, England, United Kingdom, with a temporary one- to two-month period working from Vienna, Austria.
