ABOUT THE ROLE Join a customer-facing deployment team working closely with engineering to bring AI-enabled procurement software from pilot to organization-wide adoption. You will turn sourcing and category-management processes into practical workflows, while helping shape product capabilities that can work across customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead customer deployments from initial pilot through full organizational rollout, partnering with engineering throughout. - Explore customers' category-management and sourcing processes, then scope workflows that address their needs and can be reused across accounts. - Run discovery workshops and deep-dive sessions to translate customer expectations into actionable technical requirements. - Share customer behavior and feedback with engineering, distinguishing core platform opportunities from account-specific needs. - Partner with procurement leaders, category managers, and executive stakeholders on long-term rollout plans. - Create playbooks, training materials, and onboarding practices that support adoption across customers. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least three years of hands-on, customer-facing experience working with both end users and senior executives. - Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or buyer operations, with procurement consulting experience especially relevant. - Experience designing customer workflows, facilitating workshops, translating needs into technical requirements, and managing deployments through rollout. - Ability to turn customer feedback into product requirements and build onboarding materials that scale across accounts. - Fluency in German and English, and experience with DACH-based organizations or customers. - Strong initiative, relationship-building skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: €60,000 to €90,000 annually. Equity may be available. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany, with some customer travel.
