ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early engineering team building AI infrastructure for service businesses. You will help shape an end-to-end platform that combines AI agents, company knowledge, and human oversight, with the opportunity to make product decisions and ship to production from your first week. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and ship product features across the platform, from identifying user needs through production release. - Talk directly with users, define useful outcomes, and decide what to build without relying on a predefined roadmap. - Take ownership of the quality and reliability of what you ship, investigating issues and making improvements. - Use AI coding tools as part of your day-to-day development workflow. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience. - A track record of shipping a product to real users, including being able to explain what broke and how you fixed it. - Experience as a product-minded engineer who works with users and delivers features end to end. - Regular, substantial use of AI coding tools in daily development. - A degree from a recognized university or experience at a recognized engineering employer. - Motivation to relocate from Europe to San Francisco and work in person, no later than January 2027. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive salary, with compensation adjusted to San Francisco levels upon relocation, and meaningful early-stage equity. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are provided. LOCATION In person in Europe initially, then on-site in San Francisco, California, United States, by January 2027.
