ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a European AI-powered B2B SaaS team building chat and voice agents that help customers navigate complex product ranges online and in stores. You will develop the platform and integrations behind these customer-facing experiences.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain full-stack features for an AI SaaS platform using TypeScript and NestJS.
- Integrate current LLM APIs into chat and voice agent experiences.
- Develop and support backend services and data workflows using MongoDB.
- Contribute to product features that help customers search and make decisions across complex product catalogs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Several years of professional experience with NestJS.
- Very strong TypeScript skills and solid MongoDB experience.
- Hands-on experience using current LLM APIs.
- Based in Europe, or able to work in a hybrid arrangement from Cologne or Hamburg.
