End Date Wednesday 30 December 2026 We Support Flexible Working – Click here for more information on flexible working options Flexible Working Options Hybrid Working Job Description Summary Position: Senior Software Engineer (CCRA) Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: 7–15 years Job Description The Markets Platform plays a critical role providing end to end management and development of Financial Markets, Capital Markets and Trade services across digital and relationship channels. Some of the responsibilities in this role include: - Taking a lead role in developing and supporting the various project initiatives within the Risk & Finance Lab. - Taking on a software development and maintenance role adhering to the full software development lifecycle. - Embracing agile methodology and be able to engage with Product Owners, Business Agility Leads, Customer Journey Managers and integrators. - Mentoring junior Engineers, to continually promote best practices and culture of excellence. What you’ll need, - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Computer Science - Excellent foundation skills in C#. - Excellent SQL experience on Microsoft SQL Server - DevOps standard methodology, with metrics driven development, continuous integration/deployment - Experience of working on Software teams with formal Source Code Control (Git or SubVersion). - Experience of Agile working. - Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. - An enthusiasm to learn large legacy systems, and not be afraid to ask questions. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Azure or GCP Public Cloud - HPC or grid computing experience. - Containers and Kubernetes. - Basic knowledge of financial products (Futures, Options, IR Swaps, Bonds). - C# REST API or SAML interfaces.
