SEO Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE Lead SEO strategy and hands-on execution for a growing B2B software company in AI-powered business communications. Reporting to Marketing, you will work closely with website and engineering teams to grow organic visibility across DACH and international markets, including traditional search and AI search tools. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and execute SEO strategy across DACH and additional international markets. - Guide website and engineering teams on technical SEO, site architecture, page structure, and implementation. - Lead keyword research and competitive analysis for traditional search and AI-generated results. - Write or commission SEO content, and evaluate its quality and performance. - Manage the SEO budget and collaborate with external agencies while retaining strategic ownership. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 5 years of full-time experience as an SEO specialist or manager, with measurable organic traffic growth and ranking improvements at scale. - Experience owning end-to-end SEO strategy and execution across multiple markets and languages, including DACH. - Strong technical SEO expertise, including crawlability, site architecture, and collaboration with engineering teams. - Proven keyword research and competitive analysis skills across traditional search and AI search tools. - Excellent written and spoken English and German, with strong SEO copywriting or content commissioning skills. - Hands-on experience with Webflow or similar website tools, plus experience managing SEO budgets and external agencies. - Experience managing a monthly SEO budget in the range of €20,000 to €30,000. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary: €65,000 to €100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in Vienna, Austria.
