Service Technician

Bosch has been present in Malaysia since 1923, with offices and plants in Selangor and Penang. In Malaysia, Bosch is shaping and innovating the industry in all of it’s four business sectors - Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology. - Perform daily workshop operations, including inspection, assembly, testing, conversion, and repair activities. - Execute repair and service processes in accordance with established technical standards and procedures. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including inspection reports, test reports, and service reports. - Ensure workshop cleanliness, organization, and adherence to housekeeping standards. - Support and maintain the highest standards of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices within the workshop. - Work closely with the Safety Officer to ensure compliance with all HSE requirements and safety regulations. - Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics & Warehouse, Sales Order Management (SOM), and Field Service teams to ensure timely completion of repair activities. - Diploma in Engineering, Technical Studies, or equivalent qualification. - 1-2 years’ work experience in hydraulics technology, fluid power systems, or related service environments is an advantage. - Ability to perform inspection, testing, assembly, and troubleshooting activities. - Understanding of workshop operations and safety practices is preferred. - Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
