As a ServiceNow Business Consultant at Devoteam, you are the primary link between our clients' business stakeholders and the technical delivery team. You lead and animate client workshops to understand business needs and co-design the right solutions, translate functional requirements into scalable configurations, and guide clients through process optimization using ServiceNow's platform capabilities. You own your engagements end-to-end from requirements gathering and solution design to training and go-live support while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities ● Lead and animate client workshops to understand business needs and co-design the right solutions ● Partner with business leaders to assess, analyze, and improve business processes ● Translate business and functional requirements into epics, user stories, and scalable technical configurations ● Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and process improvement discussions ● Advise clients on ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices ● Provide end-to-end training and support to end-users and key stakeholders ● Create and maintain documentation of processes, requirements, and workflows ● Proactively identify risks, dependencies, or improvement opportunities within your scope of work ● Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure solutions match business needs Requirements / Qualifications ● 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and functional consulting ● Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and enterprise workflow processes ● Fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English; excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders ● Ability to convert complex functional needs into technical specifications ● Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog management ● Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills ● ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS, or CAD) are a plus Mindset & Work Ethic ● Customer-oriented and quality-driven ● Autonomous with a proactive mindset, you don't wait to be told, you anticipate ● Agile, adaptable, and collaborative Nice to Have ● Experience leading workshops and end-user training sessions ● Experience in greenfield implementations (from scratch) ● Background in process governance and continuous improvement ● Experience with AI on the ServiceNow platform (e.g. Now Assist, Control Tower) is a plus, provided it can be demonstrated with concrete examples What We Offer - A challenging and varied role within Devoteam. - A competitive salary package including company car, net allowances, meal vouchers, and group insurance. - Continuous learning opportunities: certifications, training budgets, conferences, and internal knowledge-sharing. - A hybrid work model with modern, inspiring office spaces designed for collaboration. - A culture that values innovation, autonomy, and personal growth.
