Join in and feel the difference. - Support Controlling activities through financial and operational data analysis, reporting, and forecasting - Contribute to budget planning and help improve data collection and reporting processes - Explore how AI and automation tools can be used to simplify Controlling activities and turn improvement ideas into practical solutions - Support the development of reports, dashboards, and digital tools for faster and more effective business insights - Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and process improvement - Take part in continuous improvement projects to reduce manual work and increase efficiency within Controlling - 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Econometrics, Management Information Systems, or related fields - Strong interest in Controlling, data analytics, process improvement, and AI - Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Interest in working with tools such as Power BI, Python, and AI-powered solutions is an asset - Very good command of English, both written and spoken - Analytical, curious, proactive, and eager to learn - Good communication and teamwork skills
