The role includes thorough testing of developed features to ensure quality and reliability. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements on existing applications, often collaborating with different teams to align development efforts with project goals and client expectations. This dynamic environment encourages continuous problem-solving and adaptation to evolving project requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. - Experience with programming languages commonly used in data science projects. - Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and cleaning. - Familiarity with statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques. - Competence in collaborating with software development teams to integrate data-driven solutions.
