ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small, founder-led team at an industrial procurement AI company, working across product, growth, and operations. You will build and scale product-led acquisition strategies that help create durable growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and build compounding growth loops, such as supplier referrals, community effects, and embedded workflows.
- Own organic acquisition through technical SEO and AI search optimization, turning procurement queries into pipeline.
- Develop and ship product-led initiatives that acquire users without a proportional increase in sales effort.
- Run rapid zero-to-one cycles, from hypothesis and prototype through validation and scale, pivoting when needed.
- Help shape strategy with company leadership while independently owning roadmaps and day-to-day execution.
- Contribute to a collaborative, ego-free team culture.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to two years of relevant experience in product growth, strategy, or operations, with strong performance in a demanding environment.
- Startup experience or equivalent experience in a complex, high-growth setting, including building an initiative from zero to scale.
- Hands-on experience with product-led growth, end-to-end growth loops, technical SEO, and AI search optimization.
- B2B SaaS growth experience in industrial procurement or a similar enterprise domain is beneficial.
- Fluency in both German and English, with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working autonomously.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
