Responsibilities: - Own end to end delivery of positions ranging from junior to senior hires - Work closely with hiring managers to truely understand business requirements - Provide market intelligence to the hiring team to ensure top talent is mapped out - Take ownership of delivery results ensuring positions are filled within a timely manner - Partner closely with cross functional stakeholders ensuring the recruitment process is compliant and ensuring top candidate experience - Involved in different recruitment projects such as mapping, business analysis, recruitment process and systems improvement - Work across different markets and timezone to support global hiring  - Provide clear and structured recruitment report to demonstrate hiring progress Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in end to end recruitment - Strong stakeholder partnership experience - Ability to work across multiple business units  - Experience in conducting in-depth mapping to identify top talent - Able to multi-task and juggle between different hiring priorities - Data driven and familiar with using hiring data matrix to highlight challenges and progress - Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders - Relevant industry experience is preferred but not a must Why Binance - Shape the future of finance  - Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure - Tackle challenging projects in a fast-paced and innovative enviornment with autonomy - Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning - Competitive salary and company benefits - Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement (may vary depending on the nature of the role and team) Binance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
