This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and fostering trusted advisor relationships. The position also entails collaborating across various teams to bring emerging ideas to fruition, thereby enhancing the reputation of the organization in the marketplace. Continuous interaction with stakeholders ensures that technology-driven business changes are effectively designed and implemented to meet evolving demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery quality and efficiency. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and successful delivery outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. - Experience in designing and implementing technology-driven business solutions within large-scale projects. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment. - Demonstrated capability to lead teams and drive strategic initiatives.
