Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities - Coach the team on Scrum values and practices, fostering transparency and continuous improvement. - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Support backlog refinement with a focus on clarity, prioritisation, and dependency management. - Track and communicate delivery metrics (throughput, velocity, lead time, and quality indicators). - Remove delivery impediments quickly and escalate when needed. - Support release planning and cross-team alignment. - Use Angular knowledge to guide better refinement, story slicing, and risk assessment. - Facilitate discussions involving Angular and C# architecture, technical debt, performance, and testing strategies. - Encourage shift-left testing practices and front-end quality improvements. Qualifications - 8–10 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or project manager. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and coaching experience. - Practical knowledge of C# and Angular, including components, routing, forms, and testing frameworks. - Experience with Jira. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Nice-to-Have - Certifications such as PSM I/II or CSM. - Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimisation. B. E 8 to 10 years
