Project Role : Technology Architect Project Role Description : Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security. Must have skills : Network Infrastructures Good to have skills : Contact Center Technology Capabilities, Software Defined Network and Operations Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Technology Architect, your day involves thoroughly reviewing and integrating diverse application requirements, ensuring that all aspects such as functionality, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational needs are cohesively addressed. You will also evaluate and incorporate technical architecture requirements, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to influence decisions related to hardware, network products, system software, and security measures. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the overall technology landscape to ensure seamless alignment between application demands and technical infrastructure, fostering robust and efficient system environments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and alignment with business goals. - Analyze emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance system capabilities. - Document architectural decisions and maintain up-to-date technical standards and guidelines. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architectural best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Software Defined Network and Operations, Contact Center Technology Capabilities. - Strong knowledge of network design principles, protocols, and infrastructure components. - Experience in evaluating and selecting hardware and network products to meet technical requirements. - Ability to assess system software and security solutions to ensure compliance and performance. - Familiarity with integration techniques and performance optimization within complex technical environments.
