This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and implement architectural frameworks is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align technology strategies. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must have AI related work experience - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration. - Strong knowledge of system design principles and architectural patterns related to integration solutions. - Experience in developing scalable and high-performance integration frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex technical problems and devise effective solutions. - Familiarity with middleware technologies and enterprise service bus concepts. - Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural decisions and collaborate with diverse teams.
