This role requires envisioning how emerging technologies can be integrated to support business transformation initiatives. The Technology Strategist collaborates with various stakeholders to communicate a clear and inspiring vision of technology s potential impact, ensuring alignment with industry trends and organizational goals. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving technological advancements to influence strategic decision-making and foster innovation across the enterprise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies to support business growth. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure technology strategies align with overall business objectives. - Mentor junior team members to develop their understanding of technology strategy and its business implications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Energy. - Strong analytical skills to assess technology trends and their potential business impact. - Experience in developing and communicating technology roadmaps aligned with strategic goals. - Ability to evaluate complex technology environments and recommend innovative solutions. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to articulate technology visions effectively. - Capability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and drive consensus on technology initiatives.
